For sale is a full Italian Style Cafe (£120,000 new) including kitchen, serving area, tables and chairs, cups, plates and other serving items. This was bought for ancillary food service in our industrial unit but we are now moving and can't take it with us. The equipment is a combination of single and 3 phase electrics. We have some 3 phase cabling to include in the package.
The finish is all commercial grade stainless steel with wood effect frontage and white marble counter tops. The kitchen bench refrigeration are single phase/plug and play. There is some slight wear and tear to the odd corner at ground level and it could use the smallest amount of love to a couple of areas, hence the very low price.
