This Commercial Stainless Steel Gas Hot Cupboard was installed in our Community Centre Kitchen until a recent refit.
The cupboard is in very good cosmetic condition but hasn't been used for some time and we do not have an instruction manual. The cupboard connects to a gas supply so should be cheaper to run than the electric type although we have not tested the operation since taking over running of the Centre, but it will obviously need servicing, all we can say is it has had very little use prior to our organisation taking over the community centre.
This is a very heavy solid piece of catering equipment. Approx Size 675mm depth x 1475mm length. If you decide you want this you will definitely need and van plus a few people to move it. I have seen other similar gas hotcupboards at 3 times this price so it is a real bargain. We have listed what we consider to be a realistic price however we may be open to negotiation
