Delivery
Please open and check all items in front of the courier if possible beforesigning. We realise that the courier may not allow this due to time constraints,if this is not possible then simply sign your name and underneath write'possibly damaged'. Please follow this procedure even if there is no noticeabledamage to the packaging. Please DO NOT write 'unchecked' or sign your namealone unless you have been able fully inspected your item for damage.
If you sign only with your name you are stating that the item is perfect withno faults or damage,
if you do not follow this procedure during delivery then any claims we make fordamaged items will not be honoured by the courier and this may affect ourability to offer replacements. This is important as any claim for courierdamage cannot be made by us without these strict instructions being taken.
Damages
However if you find that the item is damaged in any way refuse it and sign itas DAMAGED and we will replace it for you ASAP
If you take it and find it is damaged afterwards having signed for it withoutstating it is damaged we will not be able to help you in anyway as the courierwill refuse our claim and you and we can’t take it back from you or refund you Guarantees
We sell good items at knock down prices and we can offer you Seven days fromthe day you receive the item to check and make sure it is fully working and asdescribed in the listing
