* The oven you purchase will require to have in situ a 3/4" BSP soft or filtered water connection, electrical commando socket, or Caterhose or Dormont female quick release connection of 1/2" or 3/4".
* 6 Rack, 10 Rack, 12 Rack, 20 Rack, 40 Rack gas and electric models all have different drain, water, gas pipe, electric cable requirements to be in place before your Rational engineer can install the oven.

All refurbished ovens are sold with a 30 day - labour only- warranty.
Platinum Warranty Level – 3 months Parts and Labour up to £200 in any one claim or to a total of 50% of the net purchase price with a limit of total £2,000 whichever the lesser amount.
Gold Warranty Level – 3 months Parts and Labour up to £150 in any one claim or to a total of 40% of the net purchase price with a limit of total £1,500 whichever the lesser amount.
Silver Warranty Level – 3 months Parts and Labour up to £100 in any one claim or to a total of 30% of the net purchase price with a limit of total £1,000 whichever the lesser amount.
Bronze Warranty Level – 3 months Parts and Labour up to £50 in any one claim or to a total of 20% of the net purchase price with a limit of total £500 whichever the lesser amount.
